Mark was engaged by our construction company to provide initial design concepts and ultimately submit final design plans to the City of Toronto for building permit approval. From the first consult to the final delivery of the permits, Mark was a pleasure to work with. He took the time needed to get to know our clients and to understand their vision for their kitchen renovation. His attention to detail is unmatched. We are now poised to begin construction with permits and drawings needed to engage electrical, framing and structural trades. I feel compelled to add to the list of accolades being heaped upon Mr. Brannan. After leaving a voice mail describing the problem, getting a return call two hours later, and then having Steve arrive the next morning to fix the thing, I couldn't be happier. He knows his stuff, gives you the good and the bad news in a professoinal way and charges a reasonable fee. I'd recommend his services to anyone with an appliance.
