This is my second major experience working with Adam at Marmo. Prior to buying an investment property I discussed with Adam the project, he offered to come have a look before I put in an offer. That was amazing getting insight before hand. Scope of work is a complete full renovation of the main floor 4 bedroom unit and 1bedroom basement unit. This included all new kitchens, flooring (hardwood/tile), bathrooms, painting, trim, HVAC, plumbing. This project we went through the building permit process and Adam helped me through being my first time. Adam and crew spent about 2mnts on the job, work was getting done almost every day. Adam was alway easy to reach to discuss options or changes. No excuses. If you have previous experiences with other contractors you know what I meen. I will definitely contact Marmo for all my future work.

Called numerous roofing companies during January to replace shingles. Kept hearing that they are closed for the season and will resume in the Spring. Came across Mega City and called Tom. Tom came out the following day after I called quoted the job and installed the next day. Luckily the weather this winter has been favourable and installing was no issue. Great service and highly recommend.

I contacted Marmo before Christmas and spoke with Adam the owner. He came by, reviewed what we were looking at doing and put together a plan that included a master bathroom total reno & 2nd floor laundry. Prior to Adam coming we already had interviewed a few contractors so we knew what we were looking for in a contractor. Glad we did as Adam was great, he provided his expertise and provide a price. He advised of schedule, crew and note that Adam himself is part of the crew. Adam is not just managing the project, he himself take full control of the demo, carpentry, drywall, tile etc. and has his other trades came in to do electrical and plumbing, glass work. Adam takes pride in his work, attention to detail is a priority and cleans up after each day. With a master bath reno, we knew dust in our living/sleeping space was going to happen, but he took the steps to help minimize the dust. We've always done our diligence when requiring a contractor and Adam exceeded each expectation as previous projects with other companies do not compare.

Service was great. Mario called me back same day when I made my intital call to the company. Very easy to talk to and honest. On day of Instal,l crew came first thing in the morning, was early. 730am on a Saturday. They cleaned up and my home have never been so warm in the winter... Mario came back to inspect. Great service...
