An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We found Towne Contracting through searching HomeStars and based on the strong reviews, contacted Steve. Through a combination of knowledge, customer service and price, Steve provided us with what we hoped would be our best option and he didn't disappoint. Despite being a relatively small job (removal of two walls and installation of structural flush beams) in the grand scheme of renovations, Steve treated us like valued clients. He was accessible via phone and email, turned up when he said he would and finished ahead of schedule. Steve and his team were friendly, considerate and professional, completing the job exactly as we'd asked. I'd be happy to work with Steve again and have recommended Towne Contracting to those looking for a reliable contractor.
