My couch has been broken since November 2014. I placed my first call to the customer service department in November, they sent a technician to our home in December who told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with our couch. The problems we were experiencing continued and actually got worse, so we called back again, waited on hold for 35 minutes and when we finally got through they said they would send another technician. By this point we are well in to December and preparing for a Christmas get together with a broken couch. The technician comes, he was literally in my home for 45 seconds, took one look at the couch and said that the mechanism is broken as we need a new one ASAP or the couch was going to continue to get worse. 3 more weeks go by, we are through the Christmas season now and I haven’t heard from anyone in the Customer Service department, so I pick up the phone again to call, wait on hold for another 30 minutes to be told by a woman that they had placed an order for the new mechanism and that it would be arriving at the beginning of February. The part that bothers us the most about this is that due to the terrible customer service no one called us to tell us the part had been ordered. I asked the woman on the phone if anyone was going to call me to tell me that and she didn’t know... we are 2 working individuals who need to take time off for these types of service calls and I found it extremely un professional that I didn’t receive a call from the so called customer service department to tell me that they had ordered a part. Needless to say I was told the part would be here at the beginning of February it is now the end of February and I have called two more times to see where my part is, the first woman swore up and down that she would call me back that night after she tracked my part and of course as I suspected she couldn’t be bothered to call back. 3 days later I phoned again and sat on hold for 27 minutes and I got a really nice man who apologized for the issues and he said he was going to contact the first girl I spoke to as she tracked the part and that one of them would call me back.... AGAIN I DIDNT GET A CALL FROM ANYONE. NEVER SHOP AT BAD BOYS AGAIN, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE AND THERE IS NO ONE HELO YOU EVER!
