We called Roy at Mayday in the morning. He answered the phone, said he was on the road and would call back in 5 minutes. He called back in less than 5 minutes. He said he was going to a job and would call back to let us know when he could be here. He called back within an hour and said he'd be here around 12 noon. He arrived just before 12 noon. He came in, quickly unclogged the basement drain, and billed us the minimum amount. How could we be anything but happy? His service and his demeanor and his telephone manner were honest and respectful.
