I have used Schwimmer Pools for openings and closings for the past 10 years, both at my former residence and my current home. Mitch, who is the owner of the business, has always done a great job and has been very flexible in accommodating our needs in terms of timing of service and follow up if there were any issues. I have recommended Schwimmer Pools to many of my friends and customers as I have received excellent service at what I consider a very fair price. This past Friday (May long weekend) I came home to find our pool not circulating as it should. After fiddling around with things for a while I called Mitch to see if he could send someone out. He got right back to me and while he couldn't come out send someone out until the next day, he spent 10 minutes on the phone with me and helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem. It turned out my pump had gotten clogged up with maple seeds. Mitch's patience in walking me through and diagnosing was going above and beyond on a busy day when everybody wants to get open for the long weekend. Most places wouldn't call you back or provide the personal service that Mitch did and does. As a small business owner I felt compelled to take the time to write this. Most of my new business comes from referrals and I understand the importance of providing service that prompts people to recommend you. I would highly recommend Mitch and Schwimmer Pools for all aspects of your pool service.
