I shopped around to many deck material supply stores and ended getting all sorts of misinformation from all types of so called "professionals" on how to build and what steps to take. When I ended up on a whim stopping by the deck store, mostly due to the fact that I presumed they would be most expensive, I was very impressed. The showroom was clean and the service representatives were very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me to design my deck and price out all materials. The price ended being cheaper than most and they made sure that everything was what I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone planning on building a deck.

K & J installed my granite counter tops in my new home. I stopped by to get more information before making the decision to upgrade. They met me at the door with a smile and were very happy and knowledgeable with answering my questions about maintenance, install and their products. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking to upgrade their counter tops.

I built with this company 2 1/2 years ago. The only complaint I had during the build was that I had to stay on top of them to fix deficiencies that their contractors were trying to cover up behind walls and such. When I got possession, the home was not finished and at that point started the long struggle to get them to finish anything. The service manager ( as they call her) wasn't much of a manager at all. She just ignored my emails and phone calls for about six months until I personally paid her a visit to calmly get her back on track and remind her that ignoring me will not get rid of me. It took over a year to get all my deficiencies fixed, some of them done well by the contractors, others very poorly and I've had to go back and fix the issues myself. I am, in the end, happy with my home, but having to stay on the builder to make sure they get their contractors to do their jobs and the very poor customer service offered by this company is why I would not recommend to anyone building a home. Too many headaches.
