We first used Home Painters in March 2018, and while we were too busy to get around to writing a review on that occasion, they were excellent, and we happily used them again now in June 2021. On both occasions we used them right after we had obtained possession of a new place, but hadn't yet moved our stuff into it. We had them do the walls, doors/trims, and a little bit of the ceiling. On both occasions they were flawless. Literally flawless, as we haven't seen any minor problems at all with their work. On this more recent occasion last week, the job took four days. They seemed to adapt their staffing assignment to ensure they completed the work in time for our moving day. Mario was there for all four days, Klaudia was there for two days, and we believe there were a couple others who were there one day but we didn't catch their names. Mario and Klaudia were both excellent. We mostly got out of their way and let them do their jobs, but they were friendly and professional whenever we did speak with them. We hope we do not move again for many, many years. But if we do need painting done in the future, we will absolutely use Home Painters, and will recommend them to anyone we know that needs painting done.

We first used Angel Movers in April 2018, and while we were too busy to get around to writing a review on that occasion, they were excellent, and we happily used them again now in June 2021. Back in 2018, we made a list of 3 companies to call and get quotes, and I happened to call Angel Movers first, and Anna was so fantastic at answering all of my questions and providing everything we needed, I didnt even bother calling the other 2 companies, and everything turned out perfect. This time around in 2021, I suspected we would use Angel Movers again, but we wanted to do our homework first and check out other companies before contacting Angel Movers, just be sure we were making the right decision. We made a list of 8 companies in Toronto that had great reviews, including Angel Movers. Of those 8 companies, I was extremely surprised to see that Angel Movers was the only one to list their prices on their website. I first contacted 3 of the other 7 companies, and then contacted Angel Movers. Of the 3 that I contacted, 2 of them had much higher prices than Angel Movers, and 1 of them had the same price. Additionally, I found that 2 of the other companies were more challenging than Angel Movers to get quotes from. (1 of them seemed like it had great customer service, but I admittedly didn't give them much of a chance when I saw their price.) On the other hand, at Angel Movers, Anna was again amazing with her customer service. And through Anna, Johan provided great advice on a couple specific questions. On the day of the move, the three movers, Omar, Darren, and Aaron, were above and beyond what could be expected in terms of moving skills and efficiency, and also were exceedingly friendly and professional. They even finished faster than the quoted time, which of course meant that our final cost was reduced. Bottom line - We hate moving. This second move, the one in 2021, was not by choice. And we hope to not have to move again for many, many years. But if we do have to move again, we will absolutely use Angel Movers again, and we will recommend them to anyone that we know who needs movers.
