Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. When the advice we gave over the phone just didn't do the trick, we came in and ended up having to re install Windows 7, MS Office and other programs. We recommended a good back up solution and installed and configured a Western Digital NAS. We were also able to restore the old data from an external usb drive. We cannot stress enough the importance of having a back up solution. There are lots of options out there to fit your needs.
