Victor gave me a quote on a job and took my deposit. Then he took another job and didn't have time for mine. I expected he would do my job when the other was complete. He did not. Then he would not refund my deposit. I am owed $2500 that I gave him for the deposit. I'm not happy about filing this review because Victor had repaired part of my roof before and had done excellent work. I was looking forward to working with him again. I would like my deposit returned.

My garage old garage door finally gave out in January 2019. Scarborough Garage Doors gave me a fair quote. I ordered the door. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. Then bad weather prevented the work from being done right away, but eventually the work was completed while it was still cold and snowing. Matt and Ryan were a pleasure to deal with. They were straight forward and clear about what they were going to do and they did it professionally. I am very happy with my new garage door.

Cyndi did a great job on my blinds. She warned me ahead of time that they would need two cleanings and that because the glue would come out they had to be careful of doing too much. The blinds also needed to be restrung. The restringing was great. The blinds aren't pristine but they were very dirty to begin with. I'm satisfied with the result. They didn't call when they were ready and as a result I would have gotten them back sooner. I wasn't in a hurry for them and could have called myself, so no big deal. I would definitely recommend Drape Master.
