Attended my residence, diagnosed the problem, charged me the service fee of $100. Requested they order the part, never heard from them again. I contacted them a week later, first said the part had not been ordered, then changed the story to the part had been ordered and it would arrive soon. Again no phone calls or updates as to when the part would arrive. After waiting 2.5 weeks for the part to arrive I contacted a competitor and not only did the competitor find the part, they had it shipped the same day, and I received it the same day I called the competitor. Durham's Finest Appliance is dishonest, and incapable of completing even the smallest of repairs.
