An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We recieved a flyer at our door in late summer 2009 from ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. Soon after calling, Jerson Estezo met us at our home to give us a free in home consultation. He was obviously knowledgable and quoted a very reasonable price. We needed three bedrooms refinished. The parquet in one room was badly damadged in some areas and a number of pieces needed to be replaced. Jerson Estezo personally fixed the damadged areas and then sent in a crew to sand, stain and finish all 3 of the rooms with 3 coats of seal. As soon as they were done, some of the ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. staff came by and installed the baseboards. Even though it was a small job, it was done on budget, on time and with meticulous attention to detail and quality. My husband and I are happy to recommend ESTEZO ESTATES Inc. and have since hired them again to renovate our basement.

Julie thanks for your warm review. It was a pleasure working for you guys. The before and after of those floors are definately a phenominal change. They look brand new! I personally do not like this type of wood product, but I have to say the dark walnut looks soo sleek I wouldnt mind having that in my living room, let alone my bedroom. Looking forward to future projects!
