This was my first experience with this company. I was impressed from the beginning: the website is useful, the information upon first call was helpful (it included the option of hearing the service price list before talking with anyone), the first contact person over the phone was so pleasant and helpful. The technician (Jason V.) who visited was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave solid advice about my options. The turnaround time from first visit to repair was excellent: a part was ordered within minutes, the office updated me promptly, and the technician made an effort to return so I would not need to wait over the weekend for the job to be completed. I feel I paid a very fair price for the work: the final cost was a bit lower than the estimate provided initially. I was very pleased, and would call Waterloo Appliance Service again. When I mentioned this good experience to friends, they realized they had also been assisted by this company the year before for a stove repair: their story of honest, efficient help was similar to mine. We highly recommend this company.
