We bought a beautiful Persian rug at an auction for a bargain, only to find out after that there were pet stains on it. A friend recommended John and we couldn't happier with the results. The stains are completely gone, I couldn't even tell where the work was done to bleach and re-dye the rug. He washed it by hand which made all the colours bright and most importantly - there's no lingering smell. He is really nice and sincere about the work he does. In the end even with the price to repair the rug we are still happy with it.

Perhaps I've been spoiled in the past with a number of company paid moves with the national companies so my expectations were high. The guys showed up later than expected and with a smaller truck then what was ordered. Pleasant workers but they had been up to 1am the day before on another job so were a bit tired and slower. Stuff got moved with some minor damage but nothing that made my wife cry. In the end they had to make two trips b/c of the smaller truck but credited me the travel time to do so. I'd probably use them again.

Had Top Line in to clean our ducts after a house reno. Arrived on time, were friendly and good workers. Did a good job at a fair price. Ducts looked great and could really tell a difference in the air quality. Missed cleaning out one line but next time I would ensure to point out all the access locations.

We had Renaldo and his cousin Walter work on our new (old) house last fall. The results were mixed. Walter hung the drywall in no time and I think I probably overpaid him a bit considering it was done in about 1.5 days. On the new drywall the taping and finish is nice in almost all cases and we are pleased with the completed product. On the other half of the job the finish sanding left a lot to be desired and despite his assurances that we could call him back to fix any problems it just got to be too much of a hassle to keep calling and him not showing up as he said he would. To his credit he was flexible in adding on a number of small extra jobs (maybe 60 mins total) and he is pleasant to deal with. He made a number of visits, sometimes just to walk around and look at the house so the job dragged out. I might ask him back to at least quote a job but would likely go with a higher rated company next time.

Last fall we did a significant reno on our new (old) home. Faced with 400 sqft of 12x24 tiles laid in a herringbone pattern on a uneven floor, 3 bathrooms including 2 shower surrounds and wall tiles, a 3-sided floor to ceiling fireplace and kitchen backsplash, Milorad came through like none other with a first rate job. We are very pleased with the work that Milorad did and would recommend him to anyone. The only shortcoming may be that it took a bit longer for him to complete the work then he expected but in our case this did not impact our schedule as we were working nights and weekends anyway. He was there everyday including many weekends and brought his son along to help as well, so it is not that he wasn't on the job but just making sure everything was done right. If I had a issue with something he dealt with it. He was a great person to work with and the results speak for themselves, gladly have him back again.
