Decorative Concrete was hired in the summer of 2012 to pour our driveway. In late Oct 2012, the driveway was poured. It froze and hence began to crumble in spring of 2013. We had the driveway cored & tested. It did not meet AB building code standards. Additionally, water pooled in 3 main areas on the driveway, the brush strokes (finish) were inconsistent and irregular resulting in an unattractive finish. Decorative concrete was notified in May 2013 and Cory gave his word to "make it right" yet, week after week excuses were made where they were unable to replace the driveway. Finally, they removed the driveway in last week of Sept 2013, however they never returned to pour a new driveway. Decorative Concrete also did other concrete work, on our property, which was of very low quality and incomplete. The list of deficiencies is far too great to list. We are truly disappointed and disgusted by the service and the quality of concrete work provided by this company.
