We had a home inspection performed by Mike on Feb 9th 2015 on the new townhouse. Mike was very professional and diligent in examining the property. He found some issues and flaws in the structure that we would never be able to identify ourselves. Gave a very detailed report with pictures, explanations and instructions. The builder will now fix all the issues under warranty. We definitely saved thousands of dollars in the long run by having a home inspection done.
