We were very impressed with the service we received, first Justin.K who arrived at 12:30 am, Very professional and pleasant young man. He found we had a Cracked Heat exchanger, and made arrangements for us to meet with the Estimator and to have 3 heaters delivered first thing in the a.m. The Estimator, Shane, arrived as scheduled, and spent almost two hours with us explaining everything in detail. again very professional, and very pleasant. Arrangements were made to have the new furnace installed on Sat. and Yan and Shawn C. arrived at 9:30, and were finished the installation by 1:10.p.m.. they also were very competent, covered the stairs with a red carpet and the basement floor with tarps etc. We had a small misfunction with the new furnace on Mon eve. and back came Justin K, his usual pleasant demeanor, we were happy to see him. He found the problem, and came back the next day, in the a.m. to glue a pipe that had a small leak.
