My refrigerator was freezing my food. I called Steve, he first helped me to trouble shoot over the phone, gave me some advice, no charge. When that wasn't successful, he came to my home and fixed the problem. He was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and practical. I would highly recommend Steve, without any doubt or reservation!
