I too purchased a Royalcliff Home. I LOVE IT - I couldn't be happier with the quality and service I received from all involved. The sales team, the décor people, the site supers, all the trades people, the service department and all the helpful people at the head office. I made sure that I was informed of my rights and all the rules and regulations that are part of my Tarion home warranty. I know that it is up to me to make sure I communicate with the builder. My next home will be a Royalcliff Home
