Rob was very courteous on the phone and was able to come solve our wasp problem earlier than other companies I called. The wasp nests were within the structure of the house and it is very hard to get to, Rob had to take off the ceiling and see where the nests were. Luckily he is a handyman as well and was able to take off the ceiling without any damage. He sprayed some insecticide at the crack (wasps' entrance). Two days later I called him again because there were still wasp activities around the crack, although less. He came the next day and killed the rest of the wasps for free. The rate he charged is very reasonable, and he also gave us a yellow jacket trap for free. =)

Yura is very friendly and helpful. He came to our place to give a free quote, we decided to hire him and he started the job immediately. Besides doing what he was hired to do, he also changed and extended our old/broken down pipes free of charge!
