Have been plunging a slow drain for years and finally after breaking main trap called for help. Roy arrived that day and came up with a plan. When he came and started breaking the floor we soon found the job would not be as bad as I thought. Roy was a no nonsense worker and quickly solved all my problems. Grate to have a guy like Roy go right at the job with confidence (that I did not have) and get it done. Expensive job but I worked as a trades foreman for 30 some years and rarely had people that worked as well as Roy. The Company was good to deal with from my first phone call to the end.
