Our old tankless water heater died. It was -30C! Not only was this heater providing DHW (Domestic Hot Water) but the unit was also used to heat the water for our radiator heating for our home. So I called Kyle from Tankless Experts and he was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, there was no hope and the entire unit needed to be replaced (Kyle fixed the unit several times last year and warned us this might happen!). Kyle was able to bring a new boiler unit (designed for this type of dual job) and install it the same day! The service and professionalism was amazing. Kyle’s workmanship was excellent and he followed up with me in a few days to ensure everything was working properly. Kyle did an excellent job and I would recommend his services to anyone out there.
