From the time I called Tara (admin) for a quote; to when Josh came in to take careful measurements; to discussing installation options with Frank Gartner (owner/founder); to when Phil and Walid installed the shower wall - it was less than 2 weeks. Each employee along the way took their job very seriously, and knew exactly what they were doing before passing their precise work onto the next expert in line. Rebeca arrived to the site early and began to work straight away. She has the kind of demeanor that conveys she can be trusted and will be giving you her best effort every step of the way. She worked very hard, at a steady pace the entire ~5.5 hours she was there. Not once did she take a break even though I asked her to. She was full of energy and clearly enjoyed her work. The apartment was full of construction dust on the ceilings, walls. She knew exactly where to go. She cleaned in areas that no one would think to clean, in the nooks and crannies of every tight space. She even vacuumed my brick wall! She was very kind, professional, and very receptive to my requests. I am very particular, but her work demonstrated that she has paid close attention to her clients, understanding their needs before being told, as if she could 'read' them. I had not planned to subscribe to a cleaning service in the future as I was happy to have the help for just the move-in. But I have already scheduled Rebeca to come in next month, and plan to have her continue coming in monthly. She made me realize that this is an investment in health, and worth the money spent. On a side note, if I hadn't had Rebeca help me on Friday, I would have had such a hard time organizing. She went above and beyond with so many things - like helping me lay out my rug without asking and then vacuuming it, etc. She is really great and a kind person. I gladly give Dust Ladies a 10/10, from head to toe.
