I have used Koper Windows and Doors to replace our existing doors and windows. There's no one else I trust more than this company. Great job with a personal touch. I have a lot of pleasant comments regarding our door and our neighbour is in the processing of ordering their main door from Koper Windows and Doors. Keep up the good work Sean. Cheers
I ordered a new hot water tank from Reliance and was installed yesterday-Friday January 30, 2015. The 'subcontractor' Heatmasters installed the tank however forgot to turn on the natural gas. The temperature outside was -15 and the house was cool since the afternoon. I called them & they said that someone was coming out to see the issue. On a hunch I also called Reliance Service and Paul W # 2060 came out and simply turned on the natural gas for us. Thanks to Paul for helping us. Not impressed with Heatmasters where they came and installed , did not test, and not turn on the natural gas on a very cold evening !! I will be sending a e-mail to the BBB about the company Heatmasters. Unacceptable ! Satisfied with Reliance Home Comfort. Not Satisfied with Heatmasters!
