Sean is awesome! I read the reviews here before I hired him and was not disappointed. He was responsive to communication, flexible on short notice scheduling, extremely thorough and very friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood all of the findings. The report was even completed the same night and he quickly responded to all of my follow up questions. I showed the report to a contractor friend who commented that it was probably the most thorough report he had ever seen. I highly recommend Sean and have already referred him to others.
