To whom it may concern, For well over eight months, this past year, I interviewed countless carpenters and tradespeople in attempt to have a library designed and installed in my new home. For seven of those months I received litany of empty promises, vacant looks, unreturned calls and missed appointments. Frustrated and upset, I was accidentally led to Brampton Kitchen by my secretary and initially felt the lead was inappropriate and pointless. I called nonetheless with anything but high hopes. He solved potential disasters that no one else seemed able to avoid. And he did so in a genuine, decent, compassionate fashion. He dealt with my wife and I without any of bravado or aloofness that I had come to expect from previous tradespeople who had flippantly come and gone with little care or concern for our wishes. Never did he pressure us or push us to purchase what we did not wish to own. He listened, he heard and he created a masterpiece! Leslie and I are ecstatic at what we now have available to us in our new library. The workmanship is outstanding but leadership is what made this job happen! Luke has been genuine godsend to the Donovan household. He has singlehandedly returned my faith in tradespeople, carpentry and craftsmanship. His gentle, decent, honest approach has been as refreshing as it has been surprising. I can only say thank you, Brampton Kitchens, for sending us Luke Lanfrey when I had all but given up on ever having my dream accomplished. As a result, I promise to recommend you to all my friends.
