Tiernan renewed my faith in the customer service industry. Our fridge crapped out the two days before we were to leave on vacation. Tiernan came out right away and thought he knew what the part we required. While he went back to his shop to get the part he told me to check on my warranty. It turns out that the part he thought it we needed was not on warranty but the sealed parts were (such as the compressor). Tiernan returned two hours later and installed what he thought our problem was. As it turns out it was the compressor which was covered by warranty. He told me that the fridge manufactuer would send out their technician. The man made two trips with no charge, I even tried to compensate him anyways, his comment to me was "no if I can't fix it I won't charge for it". Incredible!!! I would give Tiernan a plus ten rating if I could. He is a must for your appliance needs. Thank you so very much Tiernan
