I called Michael after finding such positive reviews on this site, and I'm really glad I did. I've been worrying about bed bugs since early October, when I woke up in a hotel one morning covered in bites. After months of scouring my apartment, and jumping at every piece of lint and skin imperfection, I decided that enough was enough. Michael was able to schedule a prompt inspection. He explained the process clearly, and I waited in the kitchen while he took Radar around my apartment. Thankfully, we were clear. After the inspection, Michael demonstrated Radar's ability to detect bedbugs by hiding a sealed vial of them in my closet. He also gave us tips on safe travelling, and what to look for. Honestly, I don't think you can put a price on having peace of mind. This worry is something that had been weighing on my heavily for a long time. Michael also explained that his policy is not to treat places where he finds bugs, as it could be a conflict of interest.
