As a first time home buyer, I have never been through a home inspection before. I have heard that some inspectors just simple gloss through their inspections. This was not the case. Steve is very thorough and knowledgeable. My real estate agent(whom also does home inspections) went on the inspection with us and said that I definitely got my monies worth. I would recommend Kelk Inspections to anyone who is buying a home.
