Very impressed with Purisoft. Owner Mike Nanut answered our every question and was professional and courteous from my initial call right thru to the install. He arrived at our home on time, tested the water for hardness, and gave us options on the install. Very professional job, and left our utility room cleaner than he found it. Very pleased with the water softener. The price was significantly cheaper than the same unit offered at one of the local water stores. We highly recommend Mike! . Thanks Mike!

Woke up this morning with no heat. Called into Reliance and spoke to Diane who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested resetting the furnace for 5 minutes, and she also scheduled a repair technician for this morning. Unfortunately the reset did not work, but at least the repair visit was already scheduled. Jason (Team member 3172) arrived within an hour or 2 of my call. He was also very pleasant and professional. He replaced a part, and answered all of my questions. Our furnace is 23 years old, so probably time to start thinking about replacing it. Jason and I had a long discussion on some of our options, something we will look at in the coming months. But for now we have heat again, thanks Diane & Jason!
