They came highly recommended, they came gave a quote, I called to agree, they set up a schedule around the other projects I had going on, then when it came time to begin, they stopped answering the phone or replying to emails. They completely ghosted me after agreeing to take the work. I tried to get them to come back, but all I got was false promises. 0/10. UPDATE: The owner, Roy, called me to harass and threaten me over this review; I had to contact the Police. They did indeed ghost me, that's why HomeStars approved the review after asking me for the proof. UPDATE 2: I was asked by Homestars to provide proof that I was a customer of theirs, and proof that I reached out to them multiple times. I provided the proof and Homestars approved the review. The owners reply is right, he was never paid, thats because when it became time to start, he didn't reply to txt msgs, emails, or msgs left with the office in June and July. The owner called me to ask if i wrote the above review, and starting telling me what a big man he is, how I'm just a kid (I'm 40) and he's a business owner, how he was going to come to my house and show me. The police came and took my statement this morning and they agreed that was most definitely harassment, if not uttering threats.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the experience you have received. We strive to provide excellent customer service & quality service and this does not reflect our work at all. We provided a quote on March 17, 2021. However, we never received a signed contract from you. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication from both of us in regards to the contract, as well as a potential start date and I apologize we did not follow up sooner. Communication is key in our company! When our team receives a complaint, we try very hard to reach out as soon as possible to rectify the situation. When we saw the negative review, we messaged HomeStars straight away to discover who the Homeowner was and plan how we could fix the issue.
