The fireplace was very drafty and in poor shape. The draft has been eliminated. I have not used the fireplace after completion of the work so am holding off on 5 stars for the moment! The work was done promptly within the provided time frame. The crew cleaned up reasonably well. The crew also discovered that the damper did not need to be replaced as initially quoted for so Bob adjusted the invoice appropriately. Overall good experience and will use them again when needed.
