Worst experience in regards to cleaning, hired them to clean after a construction job, nothing was finished or left clean, I felt bad for the lady who was left spending additional time trying to clean up after her fellow employee, they were left without a mop or anything else needed to finish the job, their boss dropped the ball and I will not be paying for this service, so unhappy!

I did drop the ball on this job, and am deeply sorry. It was my fault for not going to see the job beforehand and determine that it was in fact a "post construction" job and not a "post renovation" In our haste to get the job done when asked details were definitely not determined. It also did not help that we had no reception in the area, however, I take full responsibility of a job NOT well done.
