After a cleaning cycle my wall oven would no longer heat up. (Same problem occurred years ago). I contacted Valley View about repair. Steve returned my call, said he had the part and could come out same day. Since there's a Covid part shortage I was happy he had it. He efficiently repaired my oven, mentioned an easy cleaning solution. He also pointed out an area that could cause me a future issue, and that I had one of my broiler elements out. (Something rarely used). Since it a 20yr old appliance. Happy with the service.

I noticed one of my hot water tanks was leaking. The plumber I had previously used wasn't available so I tried calling Ted. I had him replace water heaters. I've since had him back to install a new kitchen faucet. Prompt and professional service on both occasions. He is now my first call for any plumbing issues.
