Anthony is our hero! We had given up home in finding good people to do work in our home, but he has resorted our faith. He is very good at his job. Extremely detailed and asks clients to double check his work to ensure their expectations are being met. We had a horrible experience with our contractor building a curved wall that was anything but curved, but Anthony was able to save the day and now our kitchen is exactly the way we hoped it would be. I would, and have already, recommended Grassini Drywall to friends and neighbours. I wish we had found them earlier as we wouldve hired them to do our whole project. There is a serious problem finding decent, honest and reliable contractors/trades these days, we really had given up hope before Grassini was recommended to us. We had just moved into an old home in Bloor West Village, and had concerns about asbestos and lead paint in several suspicious areas. I called several companies that were highly rated on homestars, but only two got back to me. The first one came out and without testing, declared that we had asbestos dust in our basement from the cement compound in the walls. Without offering to test it they gave us a quote saying it would require complete removal and/or lockdown. They said there was no point in doing a test before and after removal, and that I should just do one after the job for $250. Being a mother of two young children and slightly paranoid about these things, I was about to sign off on the quote when I received a call from David at Templar. Right away I could tell he was not only legit, but cared about his clients. He advised me not to freak out and that no one could tell me that dust contained asbestos without testing it for 100% certainty. He was at my house a couple days later and took 4 samples. He was just so genuine. His knowledge put me at ease and I felt confident leaving this huge concern in his hands. A week later all results came back negative!! To think I would've paid that other company to come in, remove and lock down "asbestos" and then pay an extra $250 for testing which would obviously come back negative since it was negative to begin with, is crazy! So so thankful that David called when he did. I have copies of all the test results and a certificate as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Templar to anyone. And I will!!
