No one is returning my calls about the delivery of the couch I purchased so I thought I would try this. I was in the store on December 5, was told by the salesman I would have a couch by the following week, and as of today I am still couchless. I have been given false information since that date basically every time I talk to someone at the store. I was told 3 times in December I was going to have a couch, and all times they called and had changed their mind because they had given the couch to someone else instead. Finally I had asked if I could cancel and the salesman said he would do what he could to help me out but that if nothing was satisfactory to me I could definitely cancel my order. So, I started looking for a couch elsewhere and found the same couch at Bad Boy - Kitchener and was told they could have it to me by Christmas Eve so I was then very happy. But Bad Boy in London told me I could NOT cancel with them after telling me I could. At this point I was very frustrated because I was just being given the run around and feeling like my service did not matter. On December 21 I called Bad Boy London and they told me they had great news and that they had got me a couch and it would be her on Christmas Eve. I was so relieved to have it by the Christmas holidays I decided to just leave it at that.....until December 23 they called to say they had made a mistake and that it actually wouldn't come until January 7. Needless to say I was very disappointed and I didn't even receive an apology...I was basically made to feel like it was my fault because they had put the wrong address on the delivery paperwork. My company coming over for the holidays had to sit on lawn chairs and it was humiliating, but I explained to them all what had happened and they agreed that I wasn't being treated fairly. I tried and tried to work out some agreement with the manager and he too made me feel like I did not matter at all. Basically, they had my money so the rest seemed to be no concern to them. I have never done business with a company who did nothing to try and make me happy. When I spoke to the manager the kept telling me that he found it "very hard to believe his salesman would tell me I could cancel" and after about the third time of hearing that I wanted to cry. Why would I make this up? I just wanted the couch I was promised and he made me feel like a piece of garbage. Finally, on January 7 my couch arrived, and it was the wrong one! I am so tired of this. It has been a non-stop stress and I have received no support from Bad Boy to make it feel like this is even worth it. When I called to say the wrong couch came the manager made it sound like it was my fault because I got the one that was in the computer. Even though I have a copy of the bill at home that clearly states Java "Brown" on it. It's very hurtful to be blamed for something that would have been clear to him had he looked at the actual invoice. Once again, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and did not receive any apology at all. I am not sure how the manager thinks I could have been blamed for entering the wrong couch into their system as I am not an employee there, but according to him there was nothing he could do. He did offer to talk to my salesman about the situation and get back to me last Friday. I have not yet heard back from him....yet again. I called Tuesday and Thursday and asked him again to call me to sort this out and still no reply. I feel bad having to complain because I wanted to work this out. I have just never been treated so poorly by a respectable business and the fact that I keep being made to feel like this is my fault has truly made this a very disheartening experience. I now regret the day I walked into Bad Boy and chose to trust the salesman with my money and my good faith.
