We spent thousands on new furniture, rugs, lamps, etc. for our living room and family room. The first delivery was a sofa, love seat, and chair for the family room. We were told by the sales rep. Andrew at the Mississauga store that the backs just had be slid in. Wrong...in about 15 pieces and all of it was defective missing parts that the factory should have installed. The manager Tina suggested this set. I can't imagine what the stuff that they don't recommend is like. Their customer service dept. is unreal! The rudest people I've ever dealt with. After being on hold for about 30 mins each call. My wife has taken to dealing with the matter at the store level. They said they have to have a furniture tech...what ever that is.......come to our home to look at the pile of boards and cushions. We have 2 more sofas being delivered later this week. Hopefully this set for our living room will be better but I'm not holding my breath. We used to buy most of out appliances and furniture from Bad Boy but after this experience and lack of professionalism from both the store and customer service I highly doubt I would be back. Bad boy states they have the lowest prices but what they forget to add is that it's because of cheaply made (no QC) products and lack of training for their floor and support staff. BE AWARE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BAD BOY REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT WHICH STATES THAT PRIOR TO RECEIVING ANY PRODUCTS.
