I ordered a treadmill from Sears online for almost $1000. Then the nightmare began. The online confirmation confirms the order and said it will arrive to store for pick-up in 5 days. 5 days is a bit longer than I would expect, but I was fine with it. If you want delivery, that's almost $100, so I decided to book a track to pick it up since I had a few other stuff I need to move around. So comes the date and the treadmill wasn't there. I was really mad, because Sears informed me it will arrive on the day and I already spend $100 for the track. Nobody from Sears bothers to let me know the order was delayed and there's noway for me to check it online. Ok, so if it was late I would expect it to deliver soon right? Wrong. I been calling them every day or 2 to see it the treadmill arrived. Nothing. "There's a truck coming in tomorrow", "There's a truck coming in Friday".....Well, I don't really care when your truck comes in, I just want to have my treadmill. So right now it's taking them 12days already on a order they promised to deliver in 5. I called them at least 6 times and spent around 3hrs total on the phone. Spent $100 for a pick up truck(now that's lost). I still don't have any idea when it's going to arrive....
