An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Diamond Aluminum to repair some siding that had fallen off during the winter storm. After discussing the repair, Ray arrived immediately and tried to have the work done on the same day, even though he did not have the required part on hand. Instead to my surprise, he rushed to his parts distributor and within 15 minutes, arrived back with the correct part and completed the job. Thank you Ray for all your work during the cold weather.
