Roofing was done without a hitch and solved the water leak problem. Installtion of troughing is quite simple but these guys went above and beyond by doing some waterproofing/caulking and making many reasonable suggestions for additional improvements that were not meant as an upsell. We have recommend to others with positive experinces and we will use them on occassion in the future.

The project was simple - upholster 2 Victorian chairs. The results were disastrous. We were promised a 2 week turn-around and that the structure of the chairs would be reinforced. When the chairs were upholstered the first time one of the chairs was returned with a rip in the fabric while the other had several new nicks in the wood. The Company took no responsibility for both. It took forever to get the second one re-upholstered. What was promised to be a couple of weeks was actually 2 1/2 months. Calls were never returned and we while we were promised delivery, we actually ended up visiting the showroom on a number of occasions to pick-up the second chair. The fabric on the second chair was finally re-upholstered, however the wood had many new dimples from where the tacks were nailed around the seat. We provided the fabric….approx 75 sq ft of it. This was never returned. As a result of a lame excuse (i.e., our printer is not working), no official invoice was provided. Therefore, we cannot claim the reno tax credit. I would never recommend Di Stefano. Highly unprofessional, not an ounce of customer service and disastrous results. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and go somewhere else.
