I purchased a new beam to replace the old one we had And when the thing broke down after only a few months and would not turn on because the engine was burnt out as it was the last time , bill told us to bring it in for service they do not make house calls . They overcharge too . Beam is awful two expensive machines bike down in the same way . Beam is a terrible machine and Im not sure how this company got such glowing reviews . Stay away from both . The product is terrible and there is no service

I had my dishwasher, washing machine and stove repaired. My washing machine is at least 10 years and will last another 10 with Kampen help. Techbicians , like Fred, are super skilled and easy to deal with. They are very much on the clients side. I have used Kampen for many years because they are great. Thanks Kampen

I have been using ROman for many years and I I I I have looked trough these reviews and I can say every good thing that has been said here about ROman is absolutely true. BOth he and his assistant are honest, polite, punctual, highly competent and whats MORE every time he does the work it's better than the last time. I left for the Day And when i came back i was just amazed . THe floors were spectacular. If you hire Ace it's your lucky day!!

A very professional company. Tyler was on time, honest and cleaned two vents for less then many other companies charge for one. This company was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services. I

Roman is fantastic. He is honest hardworking and phenomenal at what he does. He comes in on a regular basis to refinish the floors and countertops and the floor looks better than when it was installed. My son's bathroom has limestone and was very badly watermarked as it had never been sealed. Roman restored it and sealed it. It was gorgeous. If only all trades were like Roman, he's truly amazing. Thanks Roman!

We had rats which Jim removed and baited traps. We also had him come back to remove a family of racoons who were visiting the deck on a nightly basis and digging up the yard. Jim came promptly set the traps and returned on three successive days to pick up the racoons and take them to different place. He is reasonable, prompt and efficient. Thanks Jim

Avery took my carpet to clean in his factory it came back with the design bleached out, he took responsibility for the problem and is going to replace the carpet.
