They handled the project extremely well, started and finished the work exactly according to the schedule they gave us, and all at a very attractive price! Matt made a great first impression. Quote was giving and accepted. Work was done in time and cleaned up well.New hardwood was installed with the promise that gaps would be filled. Some hardwood left over, Matt took it back we still don't know if we paid for that because we never received a final bill.We paid the estimate bill and that was it.The finisher came and didn't have the right stain colour for the floor. On the spot I had to decide what colour I wanted,after all the planning of picking a specific stain,the choices were limited.The staining was done in a hurry and the result showed it. There are still some places in between hardwood that are not filled. The stain didn't take well to the filler either. The promise of Matt coming to see the floor after it was done didn't happen either.As the finisher said the floor would pass inspection,but the expectations of a great job never materialized.
