I spent a small fortune with Ridley Windows about 15 years ago for my house in Forest Hill. Recently the windows have begun to fog up - something that is expected as a house ages. I have tried contacting Ridley Windows on numerous occasions, just looking for either a quote on fixing the windows or for them to direct me to someone who could. I have yet to receive a response and it's clear they don't care about their customers - no matter how much they have spent with them in the past. Jim in Forest Hill

Good work and service, the job was completed on budget and on time. Will reliably return phone calls which is rare in Toronto these days. Would recommend to friends if asked.
