Hired Jay's plumbing to repair leaks in my bathroom. He claimed I had to replace all the pipes on my main floor due to rust. This didn't sound right but I am no plumber so we had him do the work. Later I got a friends plumber to come by and he claimed the pipes were not new. We have been unable to reach Jay regarding this.
