My call was answered in person, and my dryer was fixed 4 hours later. He knew what was wrong just by my description, told me how much it would cost, and had the part on hand. This makes me wonder why the other companies I called had a 7+ day wait for appointments, and were not able to tell me what was wrong, or give me an approximate quote. I will use ATA for all my future appliance repairs.
