I bought kitchen appliances from Bad Boy in Jun 2014 to be delivered for my house in Nov 2014. The very next day I found that screws for the refrigerator are missing and there are scratches on the stove and Fridge door. I informed the service department the very next day and its been more than 5 weeks but no response or resolution to my request. They didn't even bothered to call me back to understand my problem. I went to the store and found out that sales man I dealt with has left and now start the blame game between sales and service department. I don't care who is at fault but I need my queries to be addressed immediately. very bad experience so far
