GEM replaced all the windows & a front door in our bungalow. We were very pleased with the great customer service provided by our salesman, Jim Christopoulos, and the installers, Joe and his crew, were punctual and courteous. A small manufacturing flaw in one window was followed up and replaced promptly. We are highly satisfied with our windows and door and will certainly recommend GEM to our friends and neighbours.

Kathy Quinn of Quin-teriors was very helpful to me in selecting colours for both upstairs and downstairs of my home. Kathy also provided me with a kitchen design suggestion and provided excellent advice on furniture and art placement.
