Our 15 years old favourite Maytag dryer started to make huge noise on Friday. I sent pictures to Joe and asked for quick appointment. He was at our home on Monday noontime with possible replacement parts in his truck! Repair took one hour. I watched him for a while working with precision of a surgeon. I have never seen anyone else leaving the work site so clean and tidy. He is an irreplaceable resource for us. Thank you Joe. Amazing job, again!

Coming back on the New Year eve from a 30 day trip and finding the refrigerator down!... A disaster recipe for the New Year! But, Joe was the saver. He understood the problem, prioritized it, rescheduled other appointments, showed up at the promised time with necessary parts in his van and 30 min later everything was back to normal. THANKS JOE!
