pooling opening, sent three teen agers, not professionals, dug a hole under my fence, didn't fill it in, dumped the leaves from the winter cover on my lawn, didn't take the noodles out of my pipes turned on the pump cracked open my filter and refused to fix... said it was like that, not sure how I could operate my pool with a fountain spraying all over my pool house. worst customer service ever encountered, first thing out of the pool manager was "who closed your pool" like that is relevant ... take the precautions to open the pool correctly don't blame someone for your lack of knowledge. I refused to pay the $180.00 opening fee but they would not fix my filter so I guess they win ... never called me back ... great job Claudette Pools, Please know it is my mission to tell everyone I know how you back up your business

Replaced a thermostat, thinking it was my issue, furnace would not stay on or follow the program. Quickly determined this wasn't the issue. I called Bill, who had worked on my pool heater earlier this year, and he was out to my home within a couple of hours. He quickly determined it was a switch that required replacement and in short order had me up and heating again. That all you can ask, quick courteous service, I highly recommend.
