Fairbairn Home & Building Inspection was recommended to me by a Friend of a Friend. It was over the Xmas Holidays and I had a very tight closing time and David agreed to meet me on short notice. Our Meeting time was 0930 AM and David was already waiting for me and had started his exterior inspection. I had asked If my Realtor could accompany me and David encouraged it (which isn't always the case). The inspection took over 3 hours and we covered everything from roof, parking, storage, boiler rooms, electrical, and then went to the unit. To sum up…. David walked me through the inspection with a respect and professionalism that I appreciate. I'm the 1st to admit I don't necessarily know what Red Flags could mean in the long or short term, but I came away today with a better knowledge of my new home.
